Automotive Personnel, LLC  is the nation’s leading recruitment firm working with automotive finance companies.  We have been contracted to help a subprime automotive finance company with its expansion. 
 
We are currently seeking a Dealership Sales Representative to call on and solicit business from auto dealers in these 2 markets – Pittsburgh and Philadelphia
 
As a Sales 
Representative, you will be responsible for growing a territory by partnering with dealerships and enrolling them into the company’s indirect auto financing program.   You will be expected to make dealer visits, cold calls and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture the business.  This will include signing up new dealerships and generating new loan applications.    
 
Essential Duties :
  • Build your territory by soliciting business from auto dealers in your area  and gaining their participation in the company’s financing program
  • Represent company finance and warranty products – earn residual income on both
  • These positions are both “Hunter – signing up new dealers and Farming – servicing the accounts”  
 
 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships with dealer
principals , F&I and decision makers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Well developed business management, presentation
and relationship selling skills
• High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service skills
• Dealership operations and product knowledge preferred
 
REQUIREMENTS:
-       2 - 5   years experience in selling to auto dealers- great experience could come from  selling financing – VSCs – GPS systems and similar products to auto dealers
-       Knowledge of the local market and preferably existing relationships with dealers in the area (which does require all candidates to live local to the market).
-        The ability to operate and travel within a
50 mile radius of territory  more than 75% of the time, which requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
 
-       PROVEN SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE  is a must – we will ask!
